Also, I've seen this "business a usual" approach over and over again. The folks that have chastened us for picking on TB are willfully deceived (and not just blind followers) and a little mocking might be in order to get a bit of introspection out of them. I don't plan on whipping out swords and having them all put to death a la Elijah. :p
In the Elijah example: 1Ki 18:21 And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.
Yes the people were deceived and "halting" between two positions, and yet Elijah LAID THE CHARGE at the feet of the people, not the prophets of Baal. In other words God was holding the PEOPLE responsible. They were the ones who supported the 450 prophets of BAAL in first place.
I know none of us are walking in sinless perfection (so we all err) but God does work even all of those times together for good if we love Him. Romans 8:28.
