I've watched the "outpouring" skeptically for at least 40+ hours. I believe that Todd is a genuine Christian and is careful to give the glory to God and point out that only Jesus can heal and the outpouring is all about Jesus. The healed people are so genuine and sweet and clearly the real deal. My spirit says it's of God, not Satan. I agree it's extremely wise to be very very careful.
