If you have been a

If you have been a Pentecostal for over 40 years then I am surprised to see you misuse scripture.  No where in scripture does it say to "Touch not" the Lords annointed. This is always taken out of context from the story of David and Saul.

In this story we see that David refused to kill Saul, even though in doing so,  he would have rid himself of enemy, and secured the throne for himself(1 Sam. 24:1-15).

But some say there is another application to this and that God was banning ANY negative comments or refroof about another's ministry, for this, too, would constitute "touching God's anointed." Is this a correct application of these scriptures? Absolutely not!

If you use the above criteria - then Samuel must have been in sin.  He certainly "touched God's anointed," in speaking out about Saul's disobedience (1 Sam. 15:20).

There are other examples- you must remember that these self styled prophets and apostles have their own SELF interest to protect in preaching the "touch not the Lord's anointed" mantra.  They do it to PREVENT  honest discussion of their unbliblical views and teachings.
