Ian, Hi! Sorry, I can't agree with you there about what TB said and the Feng Shui link. There are numerous parallels in world religions, for all kinds of complicated reasons. Just because something in one mirrors something in another does not make a direct equivalence. There are many underlying concepts which spread right across world faiths. To follow your logic, you might as well take the extremely exact measurements given by God in the OT regarding the building of the Temple and label those as evidence of Feng Shui.

In my opinion, and it is only an opinion, but one borne out of ten years of deep research into world religions and the vast majority of that in dealing with New Age concepts, we have to be very careful about jumping to simplistic conclusions based on similarities. There are numerous occult-type parallels to praying in tongues, but this does not make praying in tongues dependent on these as a source. We cannot make direct, unsubstantiated links between concepts just because they follow a similar structure.

Having said all of that, I am as sceptical of Lakeland as anyone else, just for different reasons.
