AOG headquarters had to make a statement about Lakeland. They did not come right out and say do not go there but to be cautious. They also did not name names and you had to read between the lines but you knew who they were talking about. I know my pastor either got an email or letter from the headquarters before I gave him my letter. This was before I knew about the headquarter's letter. My exact words were the same as headquarters and it was confirmation to not have anything to do with Lakeland. I have been a member for 25 years and also attended AOG bible college. My pastor's actions and the other pastor's actions put them in the catagory of rebellious pastors. Let me also state the visiting pastor had to travel clear across the USA to get to Lakeland since we are located on the west coast.I know that people trust their pastors to lead them and not to lead them astray. I believe this Lakeland will have God's hand in it and it is to seperate the sheep from the goats. The sheep are the churches and pastors who are not being sucked into Lakeland and are having their churches go into intense prayer/Bible study. The goats are those endorsing Todd Bentley/Lakeland and go there for the impartations and bring it back to their church and other churches who eagerly receive it.... The bottom line is that they eagerly receive it and do not make a fuss about it.....
