That article was pointing out that apostolic and prophetic movement make being Spirit filled = to drunk with alcohol by the terms and statements they use. Which the writer of the article points out is unBiblical.

"Alcohol will make you lose your self control, lose sound judgement, give you a confused state of mind, make you do things you would not normally do."

Yep thats what happens at these "revivals". Barking, clucking and loss of control of the body functions. However its not alcohol but a demonic force.
