I am writing from the UK. Have been watching the debate about Lakeland for a week or two now and I am deeply sceptical of it, to put it mildly (of Lakeland, that is, not the debate!). However, one thing does disturb me about this video and as a result I give Todd B the benefit of the doubt in the case of this single video alone, because it appears to me that the video has been selectively edited. It is severely disjointed, and I can't help wondering why someone might have done that. Look at it carefully and you will see what I mean. At one point- it might be the bit where he begins "and I saw him" there seems to be no relationship between this sentence and the one that went before it. There is definitely something not right about it and as a result I don't think it is reliable evidence,
