Deception Bytes

I watched the following video and was appalled.  First he is baptizing a baby which is clearly unscriptural then we see him baptizing a young man in the name of Sheeka Boomba Bam.  He then touches the young man on the head and says that he baptizes him in power.  Repeat after me Todd- I baptize you in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost. How does he even know that these people are saved- he doesn't ask them to make a confession of their faith.  Did he instruct these people on the purpose of Baptism?
